Darigold is Washington's largest dairy. We helped rebrand this parity category into something a little more fun with the idea that Darigold is what happens when farm meets delicious—It's Farmalicious.
It's Farmalicious included stunts like placing a 16-foot fridge in Downtown Portland and throwing the world's first refrigerator rock concert. We also commissioned butter busts of Seattle's Mayoral candidates and asked who's the butter mayor? Other stunts included our "Dariachi band" at Fremont's Cinco de Mayo food truck rodeo and two 1930's John Deere tractors that we unleashed on Seattle/Portland.
The total rebrand included redesigned and rewritten packaging copy for every Darigold shelf product from chocolate milk to cottage cheese.
The Darigold Farmalicious Tractors – Nothing says "farm" like a classic John Deere tractor. So we decided to add some unexpected deliciousness to an already beautiful canvas—two pre-WWII era tractors. And when you do that, you end up with something uniquely Farmalicious.
The Darigold "Dariachi Band" – a mariachi band that sings themed songs while street team members hand out free recipes and Darigold chocolate milk on Cinco de Mayo. Oh, and there was a raffle to win cool cooking stuff, too.
